I love cats. Here you can see some photographs of my cats
Farruco when he was a kitten

Funny was a cat with very beautiful eyes
Farruco and Funny as a loving couple
Vivaldi was a odd eyed kitten with many Angora's characteristics. Unfortunately he got Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP)... and he left us when he was only 6 month old.
Five weeks after Vivaldi's death we found a wonderful white Angora. We call him Tadzio, because he was so beautiful...(Do you remenber Death in Venice, of Thomas Mann-Luchino Visconti?).
Unfortunately, our little Tadzio got FIP too. Apparently the FIP virus can survive for months... but we didn't know it by that time... Fortunately we have many photographs of Tadzio, and we want to share his beauty with you...
So, we have waited for 6 months and we desinfect our home twice before getting another kitten.
In the beggining of October 1977, our friend Michael Knübben Winter, brought us, from the Netherlands, two wonderful Turkish Angoras: Ophelia and Olivia d'Inchmahome. They are littermates and they were born in my own birthday (19th February 1997)
Ophelia looks like a little princess with
her
pure white fur and the elegance of her movements.
She behaves like a princess too and she can
be quite independant.
Olivia looks like a little fox, with an
astonishing
silky tail.
She seemed a little shy in the beggining but
now she is very sweet and friendly.
She is a magnificent cat!
It was obvious that our girls needed a boy friend.
However, as there were
no registered Turkish
Angora cats in Portugal, we decided, with the
precious help of Michael
Knübben
Winter, to look for a boy in Finland.
I was really happy to
know that, at
Nazarlik cattery, in Helsinky, there was a
silver
tabby Turkish Angora baby cat that could help me to remember my dearest
Farruco.
Here you can see Claudius de Nazarlik, still in Finland, with one of his brothers.
In the next picture you got a better glimpse
of Claudius beauty.
To breed this wonderful kittens
is
a very rewarding experience.
We want to share their beauty with
you!
